I very much regret buying this product. I received the box open and used as if it had been returned and sold again. Without inspecting the device, I think it was simply sent to me without inspection! Not to mention the adhesive tapes are used and I can't put them on the TV background because they fall off every time, damn this damn product! I tried to contact customer service by phone, unfortunately there is no connection / only via the Internet. You must send an email and wait a long time to receive the response... After a week, the answer was that the product cannot be returned because there is no technical problem!!!! What the hell! What is the problem with the adhesive for you then, when the box is open, and the entire device is used, and was sold again? I mean, who does such a principle in selling...!? I never expected this behavior from customer service! But unfortunately, I regret purchasing this product from this company. I expected a satisfactory answer from customer service, but to no avail... I hope that my request will be reconsidered and that I will be contacted so that I can obtain a new device.
