Ordered 3 sets two arrived faulty but when I contacted customer service I had to provide a video to prove they were faulty and got a refund quickly

the electrical outlet whistles when the lights are turned off. Everything is ok when it's on. This poses a real problem if the curtains are in a bedroom! it's a shame because the product features are great
